The Cutler Majestic Theatre is a beautiful 1903 landmark, preserved very much as it was when it was built. It has no elevators to the mezzanine, balcony or upper boxes. However, the theatre is fully accessible to persons using wheelchairs. Signage, washrooms, entry ways, and seating conform to or exceed ADA standards.

If members of your party use wheelchairs, walkers, or have medical conditions which make it hard to climb several flights of stairs, explain your needs to the Cutler Majestic Theatre Ticketing Representative at the lobby box office or call (617) 824-8000, before you purchase your tickets.

Assistive Listening Devices are available at the box office in the lobby of the theatre for no cost at every performance. Please present an identification card to the Ticketing Representative at the Box Office in exchange for a device.

Vehicles displaying a valid ADA placard can find accessible parking spaces directly around the corner from the Cutler Majestic Theatre on Stuart Street in front of Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. The Boston Common Garage is also designed to accommodate accessibility needs.
