SUNDAY ADVISORY!

TRAFFIC AND PARKING DELAYS!

Please be aware that Sunday, May 6, Project Bread’s 39th Walk for Hunger will be held in Boston, and there will be widespread road closures and detours throughout Boston’s Back Bay and Theatre District.  The Boston Common Parking Garage will be closed, so please take public transit or allow extra time to find parking.  You might plan to come early and attend the pre-performance talk at 2pm.  Thank you for your patience; we want each of you to arrive in plenty of time to enjoy the performance.  Moreover, as there is no overture, there is unlikely to be a late seating pause in the performance.

STROBE LIGHT ADVISORY
Sensitive individuals please be aware that this production will incorporate strobe lights.

From the composer of Carmen, this exotic and romantic opera set on the enchanting isle of Ceylon tells the heartbreaking story of two friends’ rivalry over a lovely priestess. The Pearl Fishers stars baritone Robert Honeysucker, tenor Yeghishe Manucharyan, and soprano Jee Hyun Lim.  Sung in French with projected English titles.
